Microbio Group Achieves Another Milestone in Corporate Governance Evaluation
Microbio and Oneness Rank Among Top 5% in the Corporate Governance Evaluation for Five Consecutive Years; Diamond Biofund Secures Top 5% for 2nd Year
The results of the 12th Corporate Governance Evaluation (2025) were officially announced on April 30. Microbio Group once again delivered outstanding results, with the three listed companies under Microbio Group receiving top-tier recognition. Microbio Co., Ltd. (4128) and Oneness Biotech Co Ltd. (4743) have both been ranked among the Top 5% of TPEx-listed companies for five consecutive years, maintaining their benchmark status in Corporate Governance. Diamond Biofund Inc. (6901), following its first-time evaluation last year with a Top 5% ranking among listed companies, has once again attained the Top 5% distinction. In addition, both Oneness and Diamond Biofund were ranked in the top 10% of non-financial and non- electronics industry with a market value of TWD 10 billion or more, showcasing the Microbio Group’s outstanding achievements in corporate governance and sustainable development.
The Corporate Governance Evaluation is conducted annually by the Taiwan Stock Exchange (TWSE) and Taipei Exchange (TPEx), comprehensively assessing listed companies on their governance and sustainability performance. This year, 1009 TWSE-listed and 801 TPEx-listed companies were evaluated. Being ranked in the top 5% represents the highest recognition in the evaluation.
