It was approved as the first oral new drug under Chinese medicine category for alleviating chemotherapy-induced fatigue and loss of appetite in cancer patients. This drug has treated and mitigated other diseases after its launch, demonstrating its potential in developing new indications, therefore, a renaming to ”MICRSOY” oral solution has been applied. 6.Countermeasures:None 7.Any other matters that need to be specified(the information disclosure also meets the requirements of Article 7, subparagraph 9 of the Securities and Exchange Act Enforcement Rules, which brings forth a significant impact on shareholders rights or the price of the securities on public companies.): (1) Microbio’s Symbiota is a Postbiotics product meticulously developed by cutting-edge techniques, and the current Symbiota portfolio achieved U.S. independent/self-affirmed GRAS (Generally Recognized As Safe) conclusion this July, which includes ”MICRSOY” oral solution and helps with the expansion of international markets. (2) According to the definition of the International Association for Probiotics and Prebiotics (ISAPP): a postbiotic is a preparation of inanimate microorganisms and/or their components that confers a health benefit on the host (i.e., the human body)”. |
